I'm selling my stock alloys and tires, where have people sold them, and how much are they typically getting? i'm thinking about $500-$600. any ideas?

Check out what they are going for on ebay.

You might ask your tire dealer if he will take them in on trade. I see you have an '04 so there is probably no mileage on them and you save the hassle of shiping and dealing with lookey Loos.

You may want to keep them. GM has instructed the stealers not to address any driveability or warranty concerns on the drive train, unless the truck has the stock size tires and wheels on it.


Some dealers may not push you on that, a regional tech rep from GM will, but just a heads up on a possible problem you may have to deal with.

I was at my Chevy dealer the other day, they had new take-off sets of wheels/tires: 04 2500 HD style wheels w/OR tires = $479
