I know 15w-40 is recommended for my truck, but I can get a heck of a deal on 5w-40 Full Synthetic oil, my question is can I use this or should I just stick with the 15w-40?:(

Oil analysis has been good at 10K so far. I switched to full synthetic at about 20K miles. | ||
