Just bought a 2003 with 29k miles and want to get some added protection from future failures. Any reccomendations on where to get the best extended warranty and how much I can expect to pay? Looking at 100,000 mi coverage, bumper to bumper.

I have one on my 2000 K3500 that I bought new. (GMPP) The cost will vary from dealer to dealer because of markup and the amout of deductable. Shop around for best deal as any dealer can sell it to you

Do a search on this site. A dealer from texas made me a great offer. All the local dealers wanted a couple of extra thousand $ and wanted to sell me a brand x warranty. Buy only gmpp.
