I have an issue with an Attitude monitor. Basically it is locked up and won't respond. I have tried everything I can think of except taking the monitor apart.

I have an email into Edge's tech department, but have not heard a word. Anybody know how to get some answers? I bought the unit through a wholesale distributor that only knows how to UPS, no technical knowledge whatsoever.

Thanks

BGDMAX,

The supplier should be able to help you, Edge is there as well but they are probably not ever going to be able to answer each retail customers questions and or problems, it would be a full time job for 50 phone techs. I would suggest you contact the place where you purchased it, if they are not able to help you return the unit and get one from a distributor that can and or will take the time to help you. Oart of being a distributor or any product is being knowledgeable on the product and making sure the customer is happy and taken care of etc. In this day of "E" tailing though this is becomming a much forgotten practice. Unfortunately there are retailers out there that sell products, and then dump customers to be on their own, but there are still the old fashioned ones out there that will help after the sale too!

I had a question about my Edge product and couldn't get ahold of John Kennedy on the phone so I called Edge products directly. The person I spoke with was extremely helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. Just what you like when buying products from a company.

Check to see if one of the buttons is jammed in the "on" position. It has happened to me with the same symtoms you are having.

Maxter: Thanks, I will check that out.

Everyone: Thanks for the input, I did contact Edge and they were helpful. They gave me an RMA# to send the unit back, and then would send a new one to me. Before I do that, I will make sure none of the buttons are stuck.
