Puting an LB7 in 1995 Diesel Suburban, shouldI leave the lift pump on that is there stock. Have heard some people adding lift pumps. Supplies fuel at 8psi and will supply enough for even a Duramax needs, I think. Not planning on going over 350hp. Should never have to prime the filter again!

There is no lift pump from the factory for the duramax, the CP3 Injection pump sucks it all from the tank, that is why people add lift pumps because the pump can't suck enough at 500hp.

I'd try the stock lift pump. The duramax will run fine without one(if stock one doesn't work) unless you're going for max HP

But there IS a stock lift pump on the Burb he wants to put the LB7 into.
Shouldn't hurt (unless the stock pump isn't running) I believe the Delco pumps are "pull through" and will still flow fuel (albeit restricted) when unpowered. I think all DMax engines can benefit from a lift pump.

I know Moss runs a stock 6.5 lift pump for his "little" tune. I think he gets about 3-4 psi out of it. It works good for a little tune. IMO for just 350hp it will work.

Check with Kennedy and see if he has some of his fittings left for the 6.5 pump. He had some nice fittings made up a while back

Personally, I'd look to upgrade all of the plumbing on the Burb to 1/2" as the OE stuff is pretty darn small.
My fittings are for 1/2" hose, but the internals of this pump are quite small. It seems to get the job done at lower HP levels though.

How much fuel does a dmax pull out of the tank, how much did a 6.5 pull from the tank? I dmax doesn't use any more fuel, and hopefully less than my 6.5, but does it just flow more and return the rest?

I was looking at the difference between the burb and dmax and I noticed that the dmax has larger fuel lines than the burb. If I use the burb frame I will have to upgrade the lines like Kennedy said. Hopefully I will be able to use the dmax frame, but in anny case I will have to use the burbs tank, the tanks from the dually is long and narrow and will not be usefull on the burb. Does any one know with wiring difference between the 6.5 and the duramax fuel sensor?
