Anyone every used this stuff. I picked up a bottle of the winter blend from the dealership. Just wondering if anyone had used it before I put it in the LBZ.

I'm a excavating contr. with all JD iron and I'll tell you first Deere does'nt make it and second,it's way overpriced as is almost everything from Deere these days. No,sorry for ranting--never used it-I use Howes Lubricator--great stuff.

I'm not 100% but everything I have read about it indicates it is Stanadyne.

I knew they didnt make it, I believe it was about 6 bucks for 32oz so I figured I would try it, cause I heard alot of people say stanadyne is available at JD dealers, so i went there and thats all they had.

I recall reading, on Stanadyne's website, where they did comparison testing of a number of products & the JD additive seemed identical to the Stanadyne.

My guess is that they are the same product, just relabeled.

JD more than likely using Stanadyne since that is who makes fuel filter. GM would do same thing, they just charge more for that labelling
