I'm not finding much for the suburbans, i'm looking for a complete system, downpipe to the tip, any sugestions?

Get the system for a Crew Cab long box, and then I think you have to shorten it a little bit. IIRC thats what other people do.

I used a system from Pinnacle/Jardine. It's aluminized steel, 3" down pipe, then steps up to 3.5" and eventually 4". Straight thru muffler - rumbles, but not loud. IIRC I paid about $300 a few years ago. You'll need to tell them if you're keeping the soot trap, or not. The fit was good.

Warp Speed Performance on e-bay was my choice. No complaints. Instructions would have been nice but not too hard to figure out.

I'm real happy with my BANKS exhaust, but NOT happy with the price. But at least you found the dieselplace before you bought. I hadn't found this utopia when I purchased mine.

Both Kennedy & Heath, & possibly SSD Diesel sell Burb kits

I used the Kennedy Diesel Exhaust and was very pleased. Easy install. If interested I can tell you how I did it and what I discovered when doing my 96.

I have this same one and I love it. I was one of the first systems they sold and it fit great I only had to bend one of the hangers so it has probably been fixed since then.

Chalk another one to the Pinnacle / Jardine system. Their system blted right in. I have a muffler and haven't had to touch it. I've had it installed for almost a year...

Pinnacle on mine as well.

It is priced right and pretty good quality. That being said it is not fabulous on the fit with the hangers, but the hangers will go in without bending.

If you want something really nice get a stainless system with a system o-ring seperator behind the downpipe for flex.

Theres no substitute for stainless! :) Guess i should have said i was looking for a stainless system. I'm not to sure if i want to go muffler-less as the 6.5 is already loud enough.
