driving down street one day, truck started bucking like running out of gas. fuel okay. truck died and have not been able to restart. replaced cps, checked mechanical fuel pump, getting fuel to filter bowl, removed valve covers and checked all wiring conections, replaced valve cover gaskets because of past problems with melting at male and female conections. Power to glow plugs okay. wiring harness looks good at conectors power to all of glow plugs. found high pressure oil reservoir very low on oil. filled reservoir with oil and cranked engine, no start checked again and low on oil again. unknown were this oil is going is ther some way to check this? were would oil go. Drain plugs under valve cover are all in place and not leaking. also is there a good repair manual for powerstroke. have haynes manual but not detailed enough. HELP!
