My High Idel Revs Up Then Shuts Off Then Revs Up Then Shuts Off It Does This A Couple Of Times While Warming Up Is This Normal ?

My first thought would be that your engine fan is kicking on and off. Mine will do it even when it is cold. Other than that I have no idea.

It will come on and off depending on engine temp. It's completely normal.
