: 4in front pipe to 5in catback justlooking 12-04-2006, 07:43 PM I was wondering if you could put a 5in catback on with the MBRP 4in front pipe. I see that the 5in turboback comes with a 5in front pipe. I have the 4in front pipe with my stock straight piped exhaust. Logically it should fit... I agree they don't make a 5" front pipe... As far as you idea, if you don't have a flange you can get a 4" to 5" adapter from any exhaust shop or NAPA... Horsepower Upgrades 12-05-2006, 10:19 AM You will need the MBRP GKAL001, this will allow you to run a four inch down to five inch out. DSTRBD 12-05-2006, 11:09 AM If the truck is an 01-05 you need the standard 4" front-pipe (GMAL401 or GMS9401) as they still use the 4 bolt flange even with 5" cat-back kits. If you have an 06 and you want the front-pipe you will need the GKAL001. The GKAL001 is a 4" front-pipe with a 5" adapter as the 4 bolt flange is no longer used. Hope this helps. | ||
