I put a Juice w/ Attitude on my boss's truck Monday. He loves it however we have a problem. Yesterday, he was driving down the road, on level 2, and the monitor just locked up. The EGT and Boost displays are visible but not functioning. Today we unplugged all the harnesses, including the monitor, and then plugged everything back in. The monitor seemed to start as normal with the start up screen words moving across, but as soon as it went to the normal display screen everything just locked up. None of the buttons work, nor do they make the little "beep" sound.


FYI- the juice works fine with the monitor unplugged, I can set power levels with the tranny lever no problem.


Anybody have an idea? Thanks in advance





PS- I did contact Edge's tech department, but have not heard back yet.

I had a problem like that. It was one of the buttons that was stuck. I had to open the module and replace the button at the right place and everything was fine afterward. In my case; it was the "enter" button.

Same problem with mine. Be careful though. When I got mine reflashed for a different issue they put a do not open sticker on it.

Where did you get the button? DId Edge help you out at all? I still have not heard back from them.
