I have a late 04 with the lly and I curently put a body lift on it, Unplugged the EGR and put a edge attitude on it with power level 3 with response any where from 3-5. The problem im having is that every now and then I willbe cruzing about 25-30mph and it will start chugging and white smoke starts coming out. If I play with the throttle a little bit it will quit. It is kind of cold here in Iowa right now (10-20 degrees). Ive changed the fuel filter and put power service in it.

Had the same thing. The edge (Box)is getting to cold. Some say to wire tie to rad hose. Might do a search on this.

Take the Edge box off and drive it for a few days to see if it continues. Thats probably where your problem is.

My edge has done the same thing. I usually go to the stock setting for a couple of miles and avoid the mileage setting as it seems to bring the problem on.
