My question is...

Pre-Turbo? Or Post-Turbo?

Pre-Turbo you get a better reading..more accurate, but if the probe breaks it will eat the turbo alive.

Post-Turbo you get less accurate reading, but no worring about breaking the probe.

Which one??? Anything else to add? http://www.dieselplace.com/forum/smileys/Ermm.gif

Pre-turbo. Probes don't break hardly ever. I had one in my Dmax for over 50,000 miles. When I took it out it looked sooty but I wiped it off and it was still like new.

If you notice.... no one talks about probes breaking.
