Buddy of mine is buying a 4500 and putting 22.5's on it. Will the 19.5 Alcoa's that came on it fit on a 3500 Dually?

I believe that the 19.5" wheels that are on the C4500 are 10 stud on a 285.75mm bolt circle. I can't remember if they are hub piloted or stud piloted. The 3500 are 8 studs on a 6.5" bolt circle and needs a 4.6" center bore (hub piloted wheels). There are adapters from Southwest Wheel (http://www.southwestwheel.com/) which you could use. These are a little pricey though.

Nope. Not 10 bolt. My 4500 is 8 bolt. I don't know the spread though.

Can anyone answer this for sure?? I know they are both 8 lug. Is it asking too much to think they would actually bolt up? If not, does anyone know the bolt patterns and where to get an adapter? Is using an adapter a bad idea? Will that become the weak point?

Thanks!
