Anyone running the Fabtech Upper-A arms (with shock mounts) with the Cognito Dual Shock Hoops?

I have an 8" Fabtech lift and the upper arms look just like the Cognito arms, the local (Fabtech and Cognito) dealer says it will work....Cognito said it probably won't? Does anyone know for sure?
