Ok I have had the juice[regular-90hp] in use for three weeks now. I have tried all four levels and I use level 2 for the towhaul mode, and I like level 2, but I love level 4 for the regular drive mode. level 3 doesn"t seem as smooth as 2 or 4. my question to all of you with experience is can I drive in level 4 every day without destoying the alli. I don't use it to drag race, but I like the feel and the ability to move in and out of traffic smoothly and quickly. daily I do both city and highway driving. weekends I tow approx. 6700 lbs. I talked with A fellow at edge and he said the 90 hp level 4 would not hurt the alli. but I would like to hear from people that have had experience. I have gauges to monitor egts and boost. thanks in advance for your replys.

I thought you should stay at level 1 or 2 for towing?

I tow in level 3 but keep an eye on the EGT's. Fine for towing on the flat, drop back to level two in the hills.

25,000 miles later - Level 2 for towing ---- Level 4 for daily driving.
I have tested all levels for daily for performance and MPG. So little difference in MPG to be a non issue. Fun Factor is in the level 4. <warning> easy on the trottle on wet streets or leaving the red lights!
Besides aint nothing better than blowing smoke in the windshields of the mustangs and rice burners!

I use level 1 for towing 13-14K trailer and level 1 for normal driving.

Edge told me NO level was safe. Every level will eventially burn up the clutches. The lower levels just take longer.
Thats what edge told me. I took mine off and sold it.
If you do a search you will see a guy here that took his tranny apart after 30 days of juice and he had burned clutches.

I use level 2 for towing under 10k, level 1 for towing over 10k. I hope to install my pyro next week so I can check on level 2 towing over 10k. I have played with level 3 for regular driving for a couple of weeks but I usually keep it in level 2 simply because I don't have a pyro installed yet.

unloaded on my juice I dont think I have ever gotten it above 1250 in the 90hp level with low boost fueling(makes a big difference in EGT's) set on level 5. 125 is a different story but i would say unless you are towing or loaded down climbing a mountian 90hp is totaly egt safe JMO

I use the level one (60hp) setting on my Hot Juice in both TH and regular drive ... have had it on my truck for well over 60 thousand miles .... I work my truck but don't abuse it, never have seen a post EGT reading get to 1,100 ... just completed a cross country 10,093 mile tow of a 33' heavy camper, hit many different mountain ranges including the Rockies ... engine and transmission have preformed flawlessly ... well pleased with my Juice unit and its affect on my 3500's D/A
