WanaDmxsub 07-21-2004, 02:36 PM He said the top/antenna piece just screw's off like a regular antenna.
Got Juice? 07-21-2004, 08:55 PM If you are really stuck i can get you one.... still unpacking and i think i have a spare around here somewhere
Terrain Twister 07-21-2004, 11:45 PM Anyone got one laying around for an '03. Someone decided they needed it more than me.http://www.dieselplace.com/forum/smileys/Angry.gif
WanaDmxsub 07-22-2004, 01:54 AM Got Juice?,
If it falls out of a box (Don't go looking for it) let me know how much you want for it and i'll let him know. The dealer wants $95.00 and my buddy doesn't want to pay that for something he never uses. Still need to check the auction sites to see what is out there.
Thankshttp://www.dieselplace.com/forum/smileys/Thumbs Up.gif
Terrain Twister,
I'm about 2 hrs north of you. hope this isn't another CA fad we're starting here...

I tried to unscrew mine and its stuck good.
03GMC2500HD 07-22-2004, 01:06 PM They are on e-bay all the time for anywhere from $10-$20. I have one here off my 03 I can set you up with. I turned one out of aluminum to match my billet antenna and it is just laying in my tool box. Let me know!

Got Juice? 07-22-2004, 09:02 PM Send me an address and i'll send it to ya.
95.00 USD? What a ripoff.
Tell you what, i'll send the antenna for free, in return, pay it forward!
Or help someone in need sometime.
The only catch is to give me a shout when you are in the area one day. We can grab some steaks and some beer and have a darn fine BBQ at my place.....plenty of RV parking too!
Oh, forgot to mention the dealer missed it on prep when i took delivery of my truck and i found it in the glovebox... it is brand new!Edited by: Got Juice?
Terrain Twister 07-22-2004, 09:55 PM If WanaDMxsub doesn't take it I will (He started the thread). I have no problem paying it forward, in fact I try to make it a daily item.http://www.dieselplace.com/forum/smileys/Big%20Smile.gif

03GMC2500HD 07-22-2004, 11:37 PM 2MuchFun you can order them from Styling Concepts for about $30-$35. I think it is the PHAT antennas they offer in 3". I may have about 30 min in that one. I just couldn't see spending the $$$ for something I can make that easy for myself. I think I only give $18-$20 for my 18" billet antenna! I'd burn a few out if I didn't have so many irons in the fire!
WanaDmxsub 07-23-2004, 01:07 AM Terrain Twister,
Go for it. Members helping Members. My buddy isn't a member here, yes I've told him about this forum, he will be happy to get it for the e-bay price.
Thanks allhttp://www.dieselplace.com/forum/smileys/Thumbs Up.gif
