Looks good Greg except for one issue. I mounted my Dual Remote on my DMAX with a bracket similar to the one you sell and I only have about 1/4 inch between the top of the Filter assembly and the floor board. How would we mount the AMS-OILER?

Use the AMK-02, that way you can put it anywhere.

Will it work with mineral oil? Also where is it designed/recommended to mount on a crew cab?

It is interesting if you read the lube article in the 2500hd/3500 forum. The author suggests the longer life from newer vehicles is in great part due to the static ability (i.e. on startup) of newer oils.

You can mount the AMK02 in any postion you want. This will also fit my bracket that I use for the by-pass system.

I like the preluber idea it will definitely make the motor live longer has anybody thuoght of a similar system but to maintain oil pressure after the motor is shutdown to prvide extra oil for lubrication and cooling of the turbo that is still spinning for a while after shutdown

Looks good. I have one question. Have any of you ever worn (not tore up) an engine?

I put over a 1/2 million on a 4 banger car with dino oil. I never did wear it out.

Who keeps a car/truck 20 years?

I get a new one every 3-5 years which is 150-175k miles.

Exactly how does the stand alone unit mount into the system? I run an Amsoil bypass setup, but as noted earlier, there is no room on top of the bracket to mount the 01.

thanks
