I have went through 3 sets of ball joints in like 3 or 4 months. I have had 2 wheel alighnments done and i dont understand why i keep going through them. Is there a more heavy duty ball joint i can buy.. or something else i could do?

It is the 6" lift that is the problem, not the ball joints - possibly the oem for your kit has some suggestions on-line
You might look into replacing with the 3500 balljoints, but that lift will be hard on any replacement.

Go to their website, or an off-roading website for lift information.

you might get better results if you call them on the phone. Replacing ball joints once a month is pretty harsh. If it continues, start looking for a Dana 60.

Just some thoughts all bets are off with lift and tires.
1. Change grease to a really great moly base extreme pressure / duty grease. Clean and grease often. Dunno try the fluids forum below or the lift companies recommendations for best extreme grease.
2. Check shocks big tires are going to shorten life considerably.
3. If tires are really aggressive and large open lugs consider a more street friendly large tire. Aggressive lugged tires wear badly quickly rotate more often.
4. Once big tires wear unevenly they are going to be harder overall on the truck.
5. Steering stabilizer and all other front end components wear will all compound to wear out each other faster.

Mobil 1 grease or Dupont Krytox, if you can find it.
Here Goalie, read a little.
