: Idaho Ctd Twins
Hired Gun 11-19-2006, 10:03 AM I tried to pm Nathan, but it said his inbox was full. My stock charger finally gave up, and now I am interested in a set of twins. But I need to be able to get ahold of Idaho. So if you see this, or anyone have any ideas for me please respond. As of right now I am walking. Not really, but driving the stock 02 Dodge is boring.

ZR1160 11-19-2006, 10:24 AM Even with the twins kit you still need a stock charger for the top charger
Hired Gun 11-19-2006, 10:51 AM I can get one of those. I just hate being without my chevy.

Jared, go to www.nwbombers.com (http://www.nwbombers.com)
send him a PM over there. Same username
McRat 11-19-2006, 12:59 PM The Idaho Twins are certainly a good system by all reports, and while I have not run them personally, I have not heard a bad review on them yet.
But if you are looking for a more cost-effective solution, let me know and I can get you a charger kit that is capable of excellent power and save you some money.

Slick 11-20-2006, 07:14 AM Seems like the LB7 twin #'s are down from the LLY twin #'s. May want to keep that in mind when making your decision. It looks like the stock LLY charger lends itself better to a twins setup.
Hired Gun 11-20-2006, 07:29 AM Thanks Rob.
Cummin_Stroke_this_Dmax 11-24-2006, 07:02 PM So which is laying down the biggest #2 only numbers? Twins (LLY) or BD, A5K, gt40,42,45, HTT, or what? With similar set ups of course - single or dual fuelers.

Very few setups are identical, so it's really hard to judge.
Certainly the HTT and the GT40R surprised alot of folk. I will continue to test various charger setups as time goes on, and someday might even throw a second charger on.
Wolford 11-24-2006, 08:38 PM You can get the twins kit for around 500 more than an A5K, and about 700 or 800 more than the GT40r, and around 2000 more than the HTT
