i just got a used lift from a local shop and it doesnt fit worth a sh@$#! just wondering if any of you guys with lift kits had any problems when installing your lifts or if i just got a pos? thanks guys

Cognito that I installed went right together. Might be that "used" thing.

What brand is it? Knockle or full drop? Can you see anything that's bent? Are you shure it's meant for your truck?

its a tuff country and it came off a 02 duramax, ya it looks kinda bad and im pretty sure it is the lift i just wanted to make sure its not how they all are

My Tuff Country fit fine after I got the proper diff mounts. Tell me exactly where it isn't fitting right.

the main drop down bracket, they said that they sometimes crack so the welded some plates on there to "strengthen" it but i think it was broken and fixed wrong, the distance between the bolt holes is like 28" 1/2 on my truck and like a little under 28" on the lift, its where the bracket bolt to the old a-arm holes

I would call Tuff Country on that one. My subframe fit very well and was easy to install.
