This is the MITUSA and the PPE duals set up I made for my truck . I read a thred by another member here, TEAMHERTZ and decided to use his basic idea. Thus referring to the bracket from here on out as the HERTZ bracket. I seen his design for the bracket and decided to embellish on it a bit. I used 304 stainless and I milled everything nice and clean . After I milled it and fit it. I sanded it with 80grit to give it a brushed look. I changed a few j-pic fittings for the MITUSA and had a new stud bolt made to hold the dual fueller pulley on. It is made out of 4143 aircraft steel. I ordered all my cog pulleys and belts and this is what i came up with . It is sleek and small , It fits well under the hood and looks cool as hell.

Now how does it work ? I get 9 lbs at idle with no looping at all. I command 26k+ and get it with ease. I will try and get on a dyno soon. I have a tune being made especially for it as we speak.(SUPER PSYCHOSHINE:evillol: ) I will say this ! It makes a huge difference. Top end is like a jet in after burn. With all this extra fuel I have seen 50 lb spikes shifting into 5th. Holding 45 to 46 . I would like to thank TEAMHERTZ for his design of the HERTZ bracket , OPIE for his help and design ideas and ppe for the great product.

Stay tuned for more results . Here are some pics ! Sorry for the Quality they are from my VIDEO cam.

Man that looks sweet! I need to find out how you and BMDMAX keep under the hood looking so dam good!

Out of curiousity though, CAP, why do you do all these mods? Do you race or pull or plan on it? Or is it just cause you want to? Just wondering, your truck sure is "decked out" to be competetive should you decide to. :D

I have been testing a lot of diferent tunes for a long time ! This spring will be the big race season for me ! I take my stuf seriously as anyone and have dynoed several tuners and moduals. I strive to see low 12,s at 7000 lbs and have all my luxeries on board. This is a crew cab loaded to the hilt ! AND more ! Best thing its a daily driver with BIG tunes ! NO small tunes alowed !

Thats cool, I was just wondering cause you DO have all the "cool" parts for making a viable performer.

The Mit is setup for a post filter, using a permacool filter head

Great looking bracket CAP. So far yours looks the best. The pully sizes for the different Twin CP's make a difference on how the bracket can be fabed correct?

Got to looking at your bracket again CAP and one thing we were rushed for time and could not get the smaller cogged belt in time to have it finished for racing, hence the bracket with the vertical slot to provide room to tighten the belt and also clear the ATS pulley.

Thanks Ken ! The Bracket was made and pre thought out( angles and tilt) for a special size pulley . With these MITUSA you can vary by a tooth or 3 on the pulleys, but you do want to keep the ratio close to the magic # as possible . It would be a lot easier to play with if only 1 cp3 was involved, but 2 make it tricky as you dont want to much rail psi at idle or its loopy , and you still want to maintain 14 to 15 at WOT . This I can tell you I can handle all the fuel we can give and MORE !
