My elevated engine idle hasn't been working lately. The DIC says I have it turned on. Does it have to be below a certain tmeperature outside before it works. It is 38 degrees right now and the truck was not plugged in all night.

It's not cold enough.
Yeah, what Max Power said! I believe it has to be below 32F.

Humidity plays a role as well from what I've noticed. 38 degrees isnt cold enough.

Mine kicked up this morning when i turned it on. Mirror said 36 degrees.
