HELLO, I towbar my 2500 4wd quite a lot behind my semi when I am going to different job sites .In the past when i towed my 1500 or my s-10 i was able to pull the info fuse in my fuseblock to keep from adding miles to the odometer when towbarring.. i cannot figure out why i cannot do this in my 2500. If anyone can tell me what fuse to pull or other ideas that one may have . i would greatly appreciate it. on a side note; I am not trying to disconnect the odo while driving so as to not add miles or do anything illegal, just when towbarring. my dealer was very helpful on my other trucks as they know what i am tring to do. I just have not had the time to bother the dealer on this issue. hoping someone here can help.thanks in advance.Joe

As long as it' s the 4x4 in your signature, if you put the transfer case in neutral before towing, you will not add any miles to the odometer. We regularly towbar our trucks when traveling together.
