I did some searches but didn't come up with exactly what I was looking for. I am definitely going to install a nicktane filter, pretty much as soon as the tank is empty enough to drop. I'm also considering upgrading the fuel tank at the same time. The two choices seem to be Supertank and Transferflow. I know the Nicktane works with the latter. Anybody use it with a Supertank? Any pros or cons for these 2 tanks other than the obvious size versus price?

I have yet to see a supertank in real life, so i can't help you there. works fine with TFI of course.. the only thing to check for would be enough space over the top of the tank to run the lines.. i can't see it being that tight a fit though.

Read the Nicktane board. It seems the '04s and probably '05s don't need a shield bent down or the tank dropped to remove/install the fuel line. I didn't drop the tank.
