Edge was nice enough to answer my question about units for the 2004.5 Cummins.. Here it is, can't wait for the new box:
<DIV dir=ltr>We are releasing a new product for the new dodge at the end of this month. The first product we will release will be just a power module with 4 power settings on it the Attitude will come later with a different designed box. We should have the Juice with Attitude for the new dodge sometime at the end of August or first of september. This product should be similar to what you have in your D-Max. Keep in touch with us.. thanks</DIV>

"Bone stock and probably will stay that way."
Is that bone stock truck causing a change of heart?

Nope, I just put the bone stock crap there just in case my wife sees my posts. Heck, you should have seen her face when I came home with the 04.5 AND the Viper in the same day.. Holy cow was she torqued. I told her that I would get her some custom wheels for her Yugo GT if she would calm down a tad.
Actually, the EDGE made my Duramax run so hard, (and its a full second stock slower than the Dodge in the quarter), I can't imagine what it will do to the Dodge. Guess I'll be buying a new trans upgrade from Mike L a month after Edge starts selling them.

Not fair comparing the performance of a srw verses a drw. You should know this having some experience with a drag car. Not trying to bad mouth the dodge or anything, just keep comparisons on a somewhat level playing field. wil

hasselbach, while you will see a huge improvement with the edge on your truck, I don't think you will see quite as much improvement as you did in your duramax. I might be wrong, and no I haven't tested edge's new box but I am pretty sure that will be the case. You'll enjoy it either way. http://www.dieselplace.com/forum/smileys/Big Smile.gif Are there any trans upgrades for the new dodges?

Max.... hasselbach has been banned.
I know he's on TDR now but DTR is free. I know of two other Dodge people that stopped posting here.
Oh but banned is such a harsh word.
I threw him and his totally unnecessary arrogance out for insubordination. He was confronted on do not get or make "personal" remarks towards the members or staff here, after all this is a Diesel Truck forum.
In his defiance he chose to attempt to make a mockery of it and drug a Three Ring Circus style post to the forum. Therefore it was determined he is a trouble maker NOW and will be in the future here. He was "warned" do it again and suffer the harsh reaction.
The thread is still very much alive, make your own opinion of it.
It NEVER has to come to this, every action will have a reaction some are very quick and swift and no need for public announcement.
We all have choices, he chose the wrong one unfortunately.
Since he cannot respond, Topic closed.
