My 01 DMAX has developed a 3/4 cam type lope at idle, Is this a fuel pressue issue and is there a TSB, truck has 47k and I just changed filter About 2 weeks ago, but the lope started today, checked if filter was tight and all appears fine.

Yes and Yes ....

There is a ECM flash that will some what correct the lop but eventually you will need a Frpcv ....

A good additive will mask the lop also ....Mine has been bad lately and I'm considering changing soon once I find a decent price on one ...

Went to dealer today, checked it out w/ Tech2. Ordered a new FUEL pump and regulator. High side was in range but low side was't even close and would not hold command pressure. Glad it's under the 100k warranty!
