looked around and learned alot on this site figured I'd post something. how do I pm people here?

Click on the user ID name (in my case I would left click on bowtieman racin),
then a window will open, go to send private message, and your on your way.

when I do that for some reason it says I do not have permission or something to that effect?? I'm not sure whats going on. thanks
