I have a 91 Chevy K1500 5.7 700R4 gas truck and a wrecked 82 c20 6.2 truck. I want to put the 6.2 in my 91. I'm looking for a donor vehicle to get radiator, water pump,mounts, accy pullys & brackets, throttle cable, lines hoses etc from.
Just curious which years had the serpentine belt setup and used the R4 A/c compressor, but hadn't gone computer controlled yet.
I'm guessing late 80's - early 90's ???
If anyone has advice on which years to look for, it is greatly appreciated.

Not sure about the A/C Compressor, but 88+ have serpentine belts, and the electronic injection didn't come along until '94.
