Been loosing a small amt. of coolant from day one and in the 5775 miles it has on it, I`ve only added about a pint of coolant. I noticed, while under the front of the truck, a small leak which I thought was tranny fluid coming out at the bottom of the fluid line at the lower pass. side corner of the radiator. Tech. checked it out and said there was a small cracked in the radiator at this location. Soooo, guess who`s getting a new radiator.

Question for you other Techs. Is replacing the radiator a big job and what are the chances of screwing something else up, and are there any do`s or don`ts. :rolleyes: :rolleyes:

Should be a simple job, would think about 2 hours total. Glad you found the issue, after seeing them build our truck I wonder how more stuff don't get broken.
