: Hypertech level 3 impressions bcarricarte 11-05-2006, 10:16 PM Ok Ok I'm sure many of your are sick of hearing me blab on about questions and opinions on hypertech I'm sorry...For those that are interested, I just installed level 3...Feels real good and for some reason it feels much much smoother than level 2. Wierd... jdugie123 11-06-2006, 09:36 PM i ran mine on stage 2 for a while but then stepped it up to stage 3 and man if the road was a little wet i couldn't get enough traction (before lift) but man i loved it but now i run it on stage 3 and most of the time my six gun on level 2 to 3 but even when i put it to 1 for stock i have plenty of power but you can never have enough txdutt 11-07-2006, 08:49 PM I dont agree mine seems to idle just like stock at stage 3...It felt like it idled louder with stage 2. Wierd... Hmm, I put my truck on level II last week for a few days to see what the mileage would do & it actually went down!! Plus I missed the extra power, needless to say level III went back in after 4 days! Now that I'm thinking about it it's not necessarily louder at idle on III but there's a difference in how it sounds, maybe "edgeier" would be a better description...could just be the intake too... :grd: | ||
