I have an 07 classic cc with a bullydog tripledog w/outlook monitor. Does it make a big difference switching it back and forth to performance and stock all the time? Should I just leave it on performance all the time instead of switching it to stock when just driving normal? Thanks.

Why would you want to switch? Just leave it unless you are really getting on it hard then you might want to back out of the programming just a little as not to damage your transmission.

I wanted the edge so that I could switch settings on the fly. I would like to get good milage most of the time and once in a while switch it up to keep some ricer from cutting me off. Or just to generally get on it - I don't want to drive for a half hour or more? for the trans to relearn. I am still undecided if I like the edge over the bully dog. Shifting on edge is strange, maybe because I have been changing it too often. I will try it for a while and see.:D

How quick does your tranny learn after switching settings?

I am not sure as I have only had it a short time. I also sent it back for an upgrade so I am waiting. The bully dog takes about 50 to 100 miles of mixed driving. It seems to be different all the time. I will wait until I get the edge back and try a few options.
