Hello, first post here, long time diesel owner. Great site. I live in a state that only requires federal, but the surrounding states are CA clones, what specifically are the differences? Please get as technical as possible, I love that stuff. The dealers tend to order/trade in vehicles with the CA/Northeast emissions so they can sell to anyone around them.
