I Have An 04' Lly And Until Recently Had An Edge Ez Installed. Loved The Extra Power For Alittle Fun, But Under Normal Towing It Was Costing Me About 1 And 1/2 Mpg On #1 Setting While Driving Like I Had Sense. I'm Looking For A Tuner With Similiar Hp And Tq Gains That Can Be Turned Off And Allow The Factory Settings On The Fly. Is There Anything Available That Fits My Needs. I Guess I'm Too Particular. Thanks.

The edge juice with attitude is basically the same thing as the ez with more power levels, but the juice can be turned to stock with a button on the attitude moniter without unplugging anything. Only thing is you'll be paying for power levels you wont be using.

Exactly...The Van Aaken smart box and the Banks Six Gun also allow on the fly adjustability with "stock" as one of the settings...

I really like my six gun and since I already had gauges I didn't want the edge with attitude.

I've had my EDGE Juice with the A2 montior, cost a bit, but i love the power and all the features it has built into it.

Couldn't one just unplug the two connectors from the Edge EZ system and plug the factory ones back in? Basically disabling the EZ system manually.

Also check with Edge for an available upgrade. Might have something in the works.;)

Hi Rick,

Would this be an upgrade to the Edge EZ (Like a version 1.1 or something - I believe the current Edge EZ are version 1.0)? Or are you referring to a trade in of the EZ for a different model?

Thanks in advance for your suggestions (I know you are busy with your engine rebuild :)

Edge has got to be one of the best companies out there for trying to keep their stuff as good as it can be. And IIRC, the EZ and the Juice run the same basic programing. The post at the link below tells us that they are once again working on making their stuff better. I can only assume that the changes will also work on the EZ. Contact them for more info.:)

Thanks Rick,
BROADZ question also applies to me and I will check out the site. I would also like to have the opportunity to put the settings back to stock if desired. The way it is, level 1 is the lowest you can go and that is an additional 30 HP and 80 ft/lbs Torque.
