I just picked up my 2006 work truck 2500HD today and it doesn't have cruise. I got a good deal on the truck and wasn't going to try to find the same configuration except with cruise because by the time that happens the 2009's will be out :)

I've read through the forums and haven't seen anything addressing this question so I'll just fire away.

Question:
If I buy a turn signal stalk with cruise will it just wire up and work? Or will I need a wiring harness or a computer re-flash?

might be cheaper and less of a headache to just have an aftermarket one installed...I think they go from anywhere in the 200 to 400 range
