Woke up this morning hit my auto starter , turned coffee on took shower , then i noticed my truck was not running , tried again , nothing. so i went outside put the key in and it would crank like hell but it would not start ????.So for what ever reason i decided to un plug my Edge and well what do you know the ^%$%^ thing started right up . has this happed to anyone else ? any idea what could be wrong ?

Your Sig doesn't say what motor you have, but since you posted in the 2nd Gen forum, I'll assume LLY.

It could just be a coincidence, but might be time to send the Edge in and let them check it. Have you plugged it back in yet?

I know there are some issues with some of the LB7 boxes right now, but the LLY box has been very dependable for the most part.

Sorry about that its a 2004.5 with and LLY im a little worried about pluging it back in could it set a code or damage anything?

My edge just failed a little while ago... all I can say is have fun. Mine was "not repairable" per edge.

Hopefully yours is, otherwise it'll cost you nearly $400 just to replace the box from edge if you bought it over 2 years ago (which I declined and just sold my attitude monitor).

Plugging it back in won't cause a code, but my guess is it won't work.

IH PULR, I suggest you check your manufactured date, and lets find out whats up for sure. They can't last for ever I guess. I think the Edge warranty is one year.
