My best advice would be to have him pull the ECM and send it to someone with a Tech 2 so that the exact correct stock tune can be loaded. You can swap about any LB7 and LLY program/OS from vehicle to vehicle with decent success (read as vehicle will run and drive) but much of the peripheral stuff will not match or function properly. That's why I say that the best way is to start with the program as GM intended it because only GM really knows what the vehicle should have. | ||
