i want to put one 12" L7 kicker in my truck, i have an idea for the box but i was looking to see of anyone has done this.

the way i have it i will loose the seat behind the driver because the sub sits in front of the seat and angles up toward the driver seat. the sub is almost 7" deep.

any ideas?

I run two 12" pheonix gold titanium subs under my back seat. I've forgotten the mounting depth of the subs but I did have to get a custom box made.


It kinda bites that you'll loose part of your back seat. But if that's the only way it'll fit, then I guess that's what you gotta do, you'll definately feel the power that's for sure!! Best of luck!

i might be able to get it to fit like that but do you hear any flutter from the seat?

Thats a nice set-up, I've have a box like that with 10" sub's out the front
