Air has such a low thermal mass that it takes a hell of a lot of it to cool anything. I don't think it would be a problem under normal circumstances. You don't hear of pullers running twins with a stack out the hood having cracking issues, and they go from 150F to probably 1000F+++ and back pretty quick. My guess is that you're not going to hurt the truck doing it. Until I hear otherwise ):h SleeperTRK 10-27-2006, 12:32 AM I ran it for one week (front pipe only.) I crushed my exhaust in the desert.
