Hi all. I'm new to this site and the world of desiel power. I just wish I hadn't waited so long 'cause this truck is freakin' awesome.
As with most things it's not quite perfect out of the box but with all the information I've found on this site it won't be too long before she'll be there. I really want to do the TNR, Lux Amp and 6 disc CD Changer swap but that'll have to wait until I get the suspension taken care of. My current plans include the Cognito leveling kit with the Bilstien shocks, new wheels and bigger tires. I haven't decided on a tire size yet, I'm not real keen on doing any trimming, maybe when the new wears off a bit I'll consider it. I also would like to keep within the reprogramming parameters for the speedometer accuracy - I need to do some more research to determine what the max size tire would be for this (any input is always appreciated). This is becoming a long post for an intro so I'll stop now.
I look forward to learning alot more from this site and I hope at some point I'll be able to provide some valuable input.
