2500 10-25-2006, 05:15 PM my truck is an 05 lly, last few mornings at start up it idles rough and even when i go to give it fuel to go it hesitates a bit for the first couple of lights then it seems to run fine. I am going to change my fuel filter to see if that is the problem, any other suggestions would be helpful thx. How many miles on the truck and has this happened over the same tank of fuel or several tanks? hoosier83 10-25-2006, 05:59 PM Fuel filter is definately where to start. Did you recently fuel up at a different station? That could do it. Has it set for a while on an empty or close to empty tank. Could have some water in the tank from condensation. Hope this helps. 2500 10-26-2006, 03:55 PM my truck has 26000kms, I changed the first fuel filter at 15000kms and the second one last night. When I started it today, it seems to be running fine. I fill up at the same spot since I bought the truck, and try not to let it go below quarter of a tank.
