Has anybody ever put a fold down tv in there crew cab. if so how hard is it. or should i pay a $150 to get it put in?

: How had to installl10drop down TV hemisareslow 10-25-2006, 03:09 AM NOT TOUGH AT ALL...I would pull out the head liner...get a piece of mdf cut it out a little larger then the base of your screen...use a heavy duty adheasive to glue the mdf to the roof...put the liner back in...screw the screen in place...run the wires...pretty easy...just time consuming...if your busy as hell...pay the 150...if you have the time...its not to hard johnnybravow 10-25-2006, 11:57 PM ok thanks, i was thinking about pulling the head linner any way. but the glue sounds like a good idea. thanks johnnybravow:ro) GotMeDa1Ton 10-26-2006, 12:54 AM it depends on if you have a combined tv/dvd unit or if they are seperate. if it costs you 150 bucks to install a seperate unit, then that's not bad.
