Has anyone had white smoke out of the exhaust? It happened once after I got finished loading the trailer i had left it idling for about 15 minutes and when I pulled up to the stop sign I thought that my trailer brakes were on fire so I got out to look at it and unhook if needed and saw that it was the exhaust. My dealer said that it could have been the fuel since that was the only day that i filled up at that station and that was 2000 mi ago. I havn't noticed any coolant loss and the smoke had a blue tint like an ol detroit when it was cold.

Trapman the white/blue smoke occurred on mine yesterday except I was doing about 65mph. There was also a rattling noise which happened at the same time the smoke was coming out. This incident repeated 5 times over a 20 minute period while driving. Each incident was 2-3 seconds long. I had been driving about 3.5 hours when this started
I contacted OnStar to see if they could do a diagnostic but they couldn't get a reading so they put me through to a Chevy Support and they told me to see my dealer.
I drove about 200 miles further and didn't see it happen anymore.
There is a discussion out here about this issue and I was out here looking for it when I saw your note.
I'm taking mine to the river today for family celebration which is about a 2 hour drive. We'll see if it does it anymore.
Have a great holiday!http://dieselplace.com/forum/smileys/Clap.gif
