Peter T. I'm requesting that you check the date and part number on the new Six-Gun "Race". Because if the date and product number that you stated earlier are correct, your going to have some problems with me. I received my new race Six- Gun on the 30th of June and the part number is not the same as the number you stated on your previous post. I was planning on installing it this weekend. Please reply A.S.A.P. I also did speak to you on the phone, and you and also Victor assured me that I would be getting the latest and greatest version. I really hope that you made a mistake and that this was not some pressure tactic. Has anyone else received the race version prior to the 30th of June? Are you happy with it? Mine has the wrong part number on it. However mine was the CARB version that was sent back for a reflash. I received it on July 1st. Peter called today and apologized for not changing the part number and is sending out a new sticker with the correct number. Perhaps in your case it was also an oversight in their passion to get you the new tune!

If thats the case, then i apolygize. But when you spend X amounts of money on a product, and then all of the sudden you read a post from the man that told you that you were getting the latest and greatest, you really start to question. How am i supposed to now if it the latest version. I was hoping to install it tomorrow, but with there strict return policy, I'm dead if i do.

I'd install it and have fun! Worse case, you have to send the box in for a reflash. I'm sure given the circumstances they would take care of it. It seems like their return policy was questionable when purchased through their dealers and it sounded like you bought from them direct.
