Have a friend that has them. I want a pair. No give what so ever when steped upon. Tuck up under the truck so well you don't seen them untill you open the door. The perfect step in my opinion. Expensive but you get what you pay for:chevy:

Mine took me approx 6 hours to install. The door panels also have to be removed to wire them up.

I have had a set on for about three months now and absoutly love them. I bought them from 4 wheel parts for 1025 as they were on sale and had them install them because everthing I read said that they are a @#*&* to install. They charged me something like 250 for the install and it took the guy all day to install them. A bargain in my book as it would probably have took me twice as long.

So far they are quiet and perform flawlessly. They tuck up nicely under the truck and so far I cannot find a single problem or a single thing I do not like about them other than the price. I get a ton of compliments on them and everyone wants to know where I got them. So if you have a grand to spend I say do it.

I had the dealer install mine before I even picked up my truck last week! All the accessories in my sig were installed same day. They are awesome and worth every penny. Mine were right around $1240 or so installed. I figured why buy the tube ones if I'm just going to take them off later when I lift it?

I installed mine. Nothing too hard. Just follow the instructions but soldier the connections and allow a whole day. Do a search on here for the door panel removal. The best step IMO.

AMP steps are the best things ever. Ive had them for over 2 years and they have never glitched ever. Not even even on the coldest of colorado winters. The guys at AMP put mine on in about 2 hours, and Horst gave us a tour... he's a genius and makes quality stuff. Buy em, you'll love em.

I love mine... had them on for a little more than a year...

The guys over at Huckstorf Diesel in Milwaukee (Franklin) installed mine - they did a great job.

Love mine no problems. Could have installed my self, but there are some things that are not worth doing and some thing like that they do all the time. Paying an extra 200.00 not to have head ache:duh: ....... PRICLESS........ JD

www.electricstep.com was the least expensive that I found. Some of the vendors here may or may not match that price. Install took about 5 hours. If I could do it again, probably closer to 3.

Has anyone purchased them from this company yet and had any good or bad experience?

Don't go to American Camper Shells on Beach Blvd in Stanton. They damaged my truck and camper shell while trying to align the shell on the truck. They wired my Powersteps incorrectly when installing them. The factory (Amp Research) in Irvine straightened out the install and the Powersteps are fantastic. Love the steps, but I'll never recommend American Camper Shells for anything. They are a bunch of butchers.
