Just got my Edge in but the LCD display is washed out when it boots up the edge logo is fine then the display just goeas away any ideas??????http://www.dieselplace.com/forUM/smileys/Cry.gif

I have been having the same problem, but intermittent. My first box was broke and surged very bad so Edge sent me a new box w/ ***. Plugged it in and it was perfect. Couple weeks later start truck Edge title looks good then all the LCD goes very dim to the point you can barely read it!! I was hot!!! Next day it was perfect again. Now a month goes by and the day before the DHRA race in WI, the display goes completely blank!! Not dim this time but blank. Took 4 days before it came back. I have to call Edge again. I'm just getting tired of removing the dam ***. controller everytime.
Sorry for the long report, but from what I can tell, this must be a rare problem because no one else reports it. Let me know what happens. I hope I remember to call Edge again.

Spoke with the factory today and they are sending a new monitor. Nice guys at Edge great customer support.

I had same problem 3 weeks ago called juice last week very helpful and recived new additude yesterday going to instail this morning. My new additude came with a diffrent egt senser woundering if i should change that also?

About the different EGT sensor. I spoke with the Tech. Manager at Edge because my Attitude was replaced (had a Beta unit) and they also sent me the different sensor with it. He said they are the same and do not need to be changed, unless you like the 90 degree bend it has. Just a different supplier of them.

I had mine do this too. It did it all day and just one day only. Justin sent me a new controller to replace the old one. It is wierd that it has not done it again in a week. This weekend the old one goes back and the new goes in.
I am glad I was not the only one that has experienced this issue.
