25K on my Firestone Transforce A/T's and maybe 25% worn. An E load tire and they are tough as nails.

D ick Cepek FC-II, I have bought one set, ran them on my truck, then on my tahoe, and if the wheels would work I'd run them on my current truck. They have over 50k miles on them with another year left in them. They were rotated every time I changed the oil though (about 3,000 miles). I'm going to run these on my current truck 2005 2500HD Duramax, when I get the $$$ to buy them.

If your looking for long lasting mileage with semi-agressive light LTX truck tires I'm very happy with the Michelin M & S (Mud & Snow) LTX 10 ply

I'm on my fourth truck all with Michelin's, and I've seen 65,000+ miles per set without problems.

Nice stability when towing and very quiet at hwy speeds.

Cooper Discoverer ATR. One of these days I'm going to get around to posting a couple of pictures of these tires that I have mounted on my H2s. I currently have over 100,000 miles on these tires (72k when they were on my previous truck & ~36k on the current one, 95% highway miles), & they're not even close to needing replaced. I can't believe how much better they're lasting than the Michelin LTX M/S tires I had before. And yes, they're 10 ply, load range E. Good dry, snow, & off-road traction, average wet traction IMO.

I do think a lot of the reason they're lasting so long is because they're on 8 1/2 inch rims, but it's amazing how deep the tread is when they're new for an A/T tire. Highly recommended.

Man thats hard to believe when they are only rated at 50k.

My bridgestones barely make 40k

Most of the tires that are being recommended are for street suv use not off road.

I have the PYO rims/Bridgestone tires that came with the truck, not very good looking, but I have 70,100 miles on them and they will last another 10K but..... winter is also coming and I need to have the tread to blast thru the snow in Pa and NY when I go hunting.

hey hoss. this is going to be a hard one to pin point the reason is it depends what kind of driving you do. where you live. what are the roads like where you live. a good tire place can help you it figure out what tires you will need in your area. imo

in my experiences, the bfg ko's are good, the yokohama geolanders are good, and the pro comps are good, my nittos wore fast i thought, but those three ive used and liked em

Wow, I've driven Coopers and I do think they are a good tire, but over 100k is amazing. I took the advice you guys gave me and now I am just going to have to decide which tire is most attractive. Driving probably consists of 80/20 highway/offroad. Basically the more aggressive tread will be used in snow (I live in Wisconsin).

Pro Comp for me. In Iowa....... Lots of gravel and fields and they still last forever.

Would have to second this one. I have these on my truck, only a 1000 miles on them, but know a few farmers that run these exclusively and easily get 80,000+ miles on them. Last set he had, 102,000 miles and has 80,000 on his current set and will easily last him the winter.

:exactly: x2 Thats why I bought em, I have a couple friends that have had them for quite a while and they wear like iron. One friend of mine has 30k in his set now with half tread left and thats after dozens of burnouts.

Can't beat Michelins for tread wear. Very high quality, only downside is high price to match (you get what you pay for, as always).

I run Cooper Discover S/T tires on both my trucks I love them. They ride good, they wear good, and are aggressive enough for mud and snow. Not too much tire noise eigther. Good luck.

I found my local tire guy was very competitive with the Michelin LTX tires and felt they had way more value than the little extra dollars spent.

I have also noticed that Costco sells these at a fair price.
