I am going to order a rear diff cover and can't seem to find any info about a front diff cover? Is it even an option?

if you have a gm ifs there is no front cover it is a 2 piece housing.

I was looking at some of the vendor websites I found on this site and I found two different part #s, MHAA14.5-11 & GMAG14.5-11. Something about full floating axles, I don't quite understand that one? Are they the same part. 06 GMC LLY CC Allison...

I posted above it's an 06 GMC LLY CC Allison. I will try to figure out how to fill in the signature. I did'nt see a place to do that..

Is It A 1500 2500 3500? The Sig Is Under Usercp At The Top, Once You Are In The Usercp, It Is On The Left Side. If Your Truck Has A G80 Diff In It Then It Is A Full Floting Axle. LOOK ON THE AXLE ITSELF UNDER ONE OF YOUR HUB CAPS OR IN YOUR GLOVE BOX ON THE STICKER.

OK, I think I got the sig thing figured out.
I just did'nt want to order a diff cover that was wrong.

all duramaxes have the 11.5 inch full floating rear axle-made by aam-there are 14 bolt gm axle assy that are used in other trucks-g80 is only the locking diff option
and all duramaxes come with 3.73 ratio
