any shocks i can get that will raise the heighth on my truck at all?

I dont think shock raise a vehical. you could adjust the torsion bars to raise the front. you would need a lift kit to get any real hight out of it,

You would need air shocks or coil over shocks to raise the ride height. A conventional gas charged shock exerts very little extension force and will not affect ride height. To raise your truck without a lift, you'll need to add spring rate.
