We got a 1998 6500 Truck Chev in our shop that has the 7.2L 3126 (B or E...dont know) Cat motor. He is complaining about not being able to go faster than 69 MPH. Is there a kit or module out there that will raise the speed limiter on these trucks? Also, will the edge modules work on this motor? Thanks much in advance....

Thanks for the info...but i dont think that unit will remove the speed limiter. It only alters the signal from the speed sensor to correct for tire size changes. This may work to make the truck go faster...but the speedo would read wrong and trans would not shift correctly.

IF engine is at redline, there is not much you can do other than regear or add a OD. IF it is not at redline then you may be able to fool the computer in it to let it go faster but 69.5 is not that bad and better than the 61 mph that someone else posted here.
